A duplicate or what?

I really don't understand what's the difference between a normal Cheep-Cheep and a Blurp Fish. Is it just the speed? Or is it a duplicate of a Cheep-cheep, only with different graphics? I'm really confused. Telinc1 (Talk | Contribs.)

I believe Cheep-Cheeps only move back and forth, while Blurps continue moving in a direction. Also, Yoshi can bounce on Blurps but not Cheep-Cheeps.
