Ruins Rampage - Secret Star Block
You need Lakilester's cloud to find the secret star block. The first piece is in the area to the right of him. Climb the vine and go to the right to find a P-Switch, and use it to unblock the passage near the vine. Continue to the right until the area with the P-Balloon. Collect it, then float underneath the rocks below you to find a tunnel to the right that contains the second cloud piece. Go back to Lakilester, have him make the cloud for you, and use it to find the Star Block to the right.
Bite The Bullet - Secret Star Block
NEED: Truth Orb (see Extras)
Simply enter the pipe beyond the normal Star Block once you have the Truth Orb. The secret exit will be available.
Quit Bugging Me! - Keyhole
Somewhat to the right of the starting point, there is a large group of vines hanging in midair. The leftmost of these vines drops to a ledge containing the keyhole.
Mount Eruptus - Solution
1. Go to the right and take the pipe to enter the volcano.
2. Travel to the left side of this room, grab the P-Switch from the Rotating Block, and take it all the way to the right.
3. Use the P-Switch to hit the Lava Block, lowering the lava level. Enter the newly revealed pipe.
4. Go to the right again, hit the Lava Block, and then proceed to the left, hitting another Lava Block before entering the pipe.
5. Back in the hub room, go left to the area in which you first entered the volcano, and enter the pipe.
6. Avoid the lava in this room and enter the pipe at the end. Take the new P-Switch to the right and enter the pipe you used in Step 3.
7. Use the switch to access the pipe toward the left side of this room.
8. Go in the green pipe to find a springboard. Carry it all the way to the left, bounce up to hit the Lava Block, and then carry the springboard back to the entrance area. Ascend the blue pipe and exit the volcano.
9. The lava to the right of the pipe has subsided. Jump across the bridge to the right to fight the boss.
