Sinkhole Sewer 1 Secret Exit
After the large drop near the start, you'll find a Hammer Brother underneath a vine. Use him to reach the vine and find invisible ? Blocks to enter a blue pipe. Don't use the P-Switch right away; take it to the blue pipe and use it to create a path to the exit.
Sewer Secret 1 Secret Exit
After removing the blocks and entering the green pipe near the starting point, use the Amazing Flying Hammer Brother's platform to reach the key in an alcove to the upper-left. Upon first entering the pipe maze, enter the pipe above you to be taken to the keyhole.
Sewer Secret 2 Secret Exit
Take the bottom path at the start and enter the door. Hit the ON/OFF Switch, and then proceed through the level as normal. You'll be able to pass through the ! Blocks surrounding the key and keyhole.
Sewer Secret 3 Secret Exit
See Post-Kamek's Keep and Big Boo's Base.
Sewer Ghost House Normal Exit
When you reach an area with a Big Boo, munchers, and doors, go in the door to the left of the Munchers three times, then use the Silver P-Switch to get rid of the munchers and enter the door.
