Glass Greens 2 Secret Exit
When the path splits, take the higher path. Stand on the rightmost floating mushroom platform and leap off the edge. You'll land on a platform with the key and keyhole.
Glass Secret 2 Secret Exit
Take the lower path at the start and jump into a small alcove to reach the key. Shortly before the midway gate, to the left of a triangle block, there's a pipe you can see at the bottom of the screen. Go down this pipe to find the keyhole.
Glass Secret 3 Secret Exit
After the midway gate, you'll find a series of Rotating Blocks with a Red Koopa walking on them. One of these sprouts a vine. Climb the vine to find a P-Switch. Rather than using it immediately, take it over the bubbles to the left and go down the pipe. Use the P-Switch here to turn the coins into blocks so you can reach the key and keyhole.
