Raibys is a Global Moderator at SMW Central, who, in addition, also moderates ExGFX and Hacks. His name is NOT to be confused with the disease named Rabies. The proper way to pronounce his name is "Rye-Biss."

He discovered the site around late 2006, having performed a google search on "SMW Hacking." He used it quietly as a resource for hacking, but was too shy to ever join the forums until May of 2007, originally under the name of "manaphy87." Ever since he joined he has visited the site dozens of times per day and has tried to be an active member of the community. In the 2008 Staff Applications (at the time being known as Octillery) he became a local moderator, and a year later he was promoted to the position of Global moderator, also having decided in a definitive final name for himself - Raibys. Along the way he also took on the duties of moderating Hacks and ExGFX. He himself is making an innovative and unorthodox hack where the player controls a Buzzy Beetle character who scales walls and ceilings to move around, instead of jumping.

As his hesitancy to initially join suggests, he is actually a pretty shy person, though he has stated before that he intends to improve on that. He is passionate about drawing, and has done so since he was a young child. He has a thread in the Art forum that he updates every few days with new things he has drawn. He primarily draws his own original characters and things from the story in which he is writing them in.

As a staff member he strives to be as helpful to the site as he can, and enjoys doing things to better it whenever he can. He also tries to be as friendly a person as possible, and keeps a good attitude. He has stated that he has quite a few problems in real life that he deals with on a daily basis, but that online he often appears as a very cheerful person in spite of how difficult it is sometimes for him to maintain this optimism.

After winning the award "Most Likely Couple" in the 2009 Winter Mosts with Azure, it was revealed over IRC that the two of them actually were in love and had been together for much of the year beforehand.
