List of Levels

Choco-Ghost House is the 2nd level in the 6th world, Chocolate Island. It is the only level in the game to use the Boo Block enemy and the Fishin' Boo enemy. It is also one of the few levels in the game (besides Switch Palaces) that has no Yoshi Coins.

Level Design

  • Time Limit: 300
  • No Midway checkpoint
  • No vertical scroll

The beginning of the level starts by having the player advance foward while avoiding Eeries and Moving Holes. Next is an area with many stairs, a few Eeries, and no chasms. This is where Fishin' Boo will appear, and he will make jumping a risky manuever until the next room. After the last set of stairs there are much more Eeries and some more Moving Holes, as well as a hidden vertical bone object at the top of the level (which was likely put into place to hinder Cape Mario's flying ability). Then there is a door to the next room, which has Boo Blocks, Boo Buddies. and a door that seems out of reach. Mario has to either fly to the door with his cape (which is difficult due to the placement of the Boo Buddies) or use the Boo Blocks platforms to help him get up. The door leads to the exit.
