Cheese Bridge Area is the lower bridge of the Twin Bridges. It is a level involving rope mechanisms and line-guided platforms and is filled with Parakoopas and line-guided Chainsaws. It includes a secret exit leading to Soda Lake that is achieved by using the Cape to glide under the first Giant Gate to get to the secret exit.

- Cheese Bridge Area is one of only three levels that include the Yoshi Wings.
