The SMW C3, SMW Central Creativity Convention (called C3 for short), is one of the two (bi)annual SMWC events (the other is the Mosts). C3 is essentially SMWC's version of E3. You can make a thread and release or just show off something (Graphics, Music, ExGFX, Hacks or ASM). You can also show off hacks from other games, videos and joke hacks.
As of Spring 2011, it has been decided that C3 will be annual and will be held once a year during spring. C3 usually happens in May's first or second weekend.
